Delivery and payment

We deliver label printers, consumables and accessories across Moldova. The exact terms are confirmed in the quote, because they depend on the configuration, supplier availability and the delivery address.

How the price is set

Prices are not shown on the site. Equipment is offered on request, because the same printer ships in different configurations: direct thermal or thermal transfer, 203, 300 or 600 dpi resolution depending on the model, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth interfaces, with a cutter, a label peeler or RFID encoding. The consumables also depend on the printer: roll width, core diameter and ribbon type. Add the models you want to your quote cart or write to us, and we will send you a quote. Payment

Payment is made against an invoice issued by S.R.L. «POS CONSULTING». For legal entities, the company name and IDNO are required.

• Accepted payment methods: direct payment by bank transfer
• Advance payment on order: 50% advance payment when ordering
• Payment by leasing or in instalments: only on the terms of the partners providing these services

Preparation before delivery

If the printer has to work right after it is connected, tell us at the quote stage which program prints the labels (WMS, ERP, POS, labelling software or a courier platform), which language it uses (ZPL, TSPL or EPL) and which labels you have. We can prepare the printer before delivery: network, label size, sensor calibration, direct thermal or thermal transfer mode. For several identical workstations we prepare the same configuration for all of them.

Consumables

Label rolls and ribbons can be ordered together with the printer or separately, later on. For repeat orders, just tell us the printer model, the label size and the ribbon type.

Warranty

The equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 12 months. To extend the warranty or arrange out-of-warranty service, we recommend discussing the options as early as the quote stage. More details are on the Service and setup page.

Receiving the equipment

On receipt, check that the packaging is intact and the set is complete (printer, power supply and cables, the options and consumables ordered). If you notice any discrepancies, tell us the same day at +373 79 170 490.
